The Farmers Cut – Waterloo, Ontario The Farmers Cut – Waterloo, Ontario The project at the farmers cut included renovating an existing processing plant to current specifications and adding a retail store component. Nieuwland Feeds – Drayton, Ontario Nieuwland Feeds – Drayton, Ontario Apex helped construct this new state of the art feed mill in Drayton. As a building sub contractor, Apex was responsible for a pre-engineered building for warehouse and receiving, structural steel erecting, and exterior cladding. Also on site is a detached maintenance shed and fire pump room. Industrial Mall – Drayton, Ontario Industrial Mall – Drayton, Ontario This Industrial Mall in Drayton hosts 4 separate industrial units and a common area with an office and washrooms. Composting Facility – Wallenstein, Ontario Composting Facility – Wallenstein, Ontario Apex was contracted to move this composting facility from their existing location to Wallenstein. It includes a maintenance shop, composting building, compost storage building and a screening area. Located on the banks of the Conestoga River, this new facility allows for the efficient manufacturing and sale of bulk compost and mulch!
